Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Verzion, we are committed to providing a clear, fair, and transparent shopping experience in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations within the European Union.
Defective or Incorrect Items
All products sold on Verzion are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item that differs from what was ordered, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• The product name
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or discrepancy
Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our quality assurance team.
If the issue is confirmed, Verzion will offer one of the following solutions, at your choice:
• A full refund
• A replacement of the same item
• A replacement with a similar product of equal value
• Store credit for future purchases
Requests related to manufacturing defects may be submitted within up to 90 days from the delivery date. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our support team within this 14-day period.
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and all included items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once a return or refund request is approved, refunds are processed as follows:
• Credit card refunds are issued within up to 7 business days after approval.
• Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear on your statement.
• Bank transfer refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after approval and will be sent to an account under the same name used for the purchase.
Important Conditions
• Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
• Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing components may be refused.
• Shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks are not covered by Verzion, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If a returned item does not pass inspection, it may be sent back to the customer, and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
